How can you sign a lease contract digitally?

In accordance with art. 660 of civic code, lease agreement regarding premises for longer than one year needs to be drawn in written form.

If such agreement is drawn not in writing, then such contract is drawn indefinitely. For contracts lasting less than one year, form of the contract is arbitrary.

One can sign a lease agreement electronically with:

• A qualified signature (for agreements lasting more than one year)

A qualified signature, regular digital signature (for contracts lasting less than one year)
